TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Project

The scope of work for a One Day Website includes the following:

• 60-minute brand consultation call

• One full design day (8 hours)

• 30 days of post-project email support

In addition, the Client will receive the following deliverables:

• Content workbook

• Project questionnaire

The following services and deliverables are not included:

• Logo + brand design

• Copywriting

• Hosting + domain fees

• Stock image + font licensing fees
   

2. Payment

The payment for a One Day Website may be either paid in full upfront or split into two even payments. A 50% deposit is required upfront in order to secure the project in The Website Dept. by onetechgirl schedule.


3. Cancellations + Rescheduling

If the Client wishes to cancel the One Day Website after booking, they will be issued a 50% refund if they give The Website Dept. by onetechgirl at least 14 days’ cancellation notice. If less than 14 days’ cancellation notice is given, it is up to The Website Dept. discretion whether or not to issue a partial refund.

If the Client wishes to reschedule their Website in 1 day after booking, they are free to choose a new date within a 30-day period, contingent on The Website Dept.'s availability. At least 14 days’ notice must be given to reschedule the project date. If less than 14 days’ notice is given, the Client will be charged a $200 rescheduling fee.

If The Website Dept. by onetechgirl cancels the Websites in 1 Day or Websites in 1 Week after booking, the Client will have the option to either book a new date or receive a full refund. The Client will not be charged a rescheduling fee if The Website Dept. needs to reschedule a project.

4. Support
Steph Corrigan Design will be available to provide support to the Client via email for 30 days after the project date. Any additional design work requested by the Client after the project date is billable at Steph Corrigan Design’s hourly rate.
